General Laundry Policies
We are not responsible for unattended laundry. Please be sure to check the machines when switching over to be sure all you laundry has been removed. Please note that our attendants will remove your laundry from the machines if others are waiting and you are not there.

Pilgrim Place Laundry is a family laundry. Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol are not allowed anywhere inside the building.

We take great pride in our laundry and do our best to make your experience a pleasant one. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and care with our equipment and machines.

Our attendants are here to help you. Please treat them with respect. We will not tolerate any harsh or inappropriate behavior toward our attendants.
